mio Sales Progressor of the Year 2021 Winner is Revealed

The winner of the mio Sales Progressor of the Year 2021 awards, which celebrate outstanding achievement in the role of Sales Progression, has been announced.

Georgia Thorogood, Sales Progressor at Anthony Quirk & Co, has beaten hundreds of estate agents to win this prestigious award, with Cilla Wood of Lifesyle Property Services and Donetta Holland of Robinson Reade close runners-up.

Georgia joined Anthony Quirk & Co in 2020 and has made an immediate impact, receiving commendations from colleagues, customers and conveyancing firms, with one colleague noting, “She has come into progressing for just over a year and has been as good if not better than a lot of progressors that have been doing it for years. Always willing to learn and stay one step ahead and work closely with conveyancers. A credit to our company and to clients.”

What is evidently clear is the professionalism and level of client care that Georgia puts into sales progression and what this means to her clients, in what for many home movers was a very stressful and uncertain time in their lives. The judges were particularly impressed how Georgia went to great lengths to make the moving process stress-free, noting how she was clearly the driving force in keeping chains moving, coordinating the resolution of any sticking issues between parties and reassuring clients.

Phil Natusch, MD of mio commented, “2021 has been an incredibly busy and challenging year for estate agents and Sales Progressors have been the backbone in getting sales over the finishing line. We have been incredibly impressed by the extraordinary lengths sales progressors have gone through, to not just get sales to completion, but also within time critical deadlines while working tirelessly to keep their chains intact and clients reassured. Georgia is a perfect example of service excellence, professionalism, perseverance and tenacity that are a credit not just to her business, but also to the industry as a whole.”
