mio partners with Property Data Leader, CoreLogic to create further efficiencies for Estate Agents

We are pleased to announce our recent partnership with CoreLogic, leading provider of consumer, financial and property data. With CoreLogic’s help we will be able to automate the construction of hundreds of thousands of property chains. 

CoreLogic are supplying mio with data that removes the requirement for Agents to add the details of their properties to mio, saving Agents valuable time and further simplifying the process of building a chain. 

The announcement comes as we continue to develop at pace, and follows the recent launch of the mio chain view API which, via a simple integration, allows all parties involved in a sale or purchase to benefit from a single view of the chain.  We have also recently started to benefit from mortgage broking and property search updates from two of the UK’s leading providers and are expected to add a further two significant data feeds within the next six weeks.
