We recently spoke with Claire Purdue, Branch Manager at Connells, Ferndown to find out what difference mio has made to their business. 

“Before using mio we used to copy all our notes onto the property file and offer sheet and only the sales chaser had access to this. We were finding that the team could not update vendors and buyers accurately as they may not have known where to find the information and what it meant – but with mio we no longer have this problem. 

mio has made the sales progression easier. The notes are clear and milestones keep the whole team up-to-date with what needs to be chased. I particularly like the daily notifications because I can prioritise what milestones need chasing on that day.

When I had to work from home the sales chasing part was very simple as I did not need to bring paperwork home, I simply logged into my mio account and could access the information and contacts I needed.
